Beth Traverso
Managing Broker / Team Leader
A top real estate agent/broker specializing in buying & selling homes in Issaquah, Snoqualmie Valley, Sammamish, Seattle’s Eastside and the Greater Seattle Area.

Beth’s introduction to the world of real estate began around the time she bought a 1916 fixer-upper at the tender age of 21. After completely restoring the house to its original condition, she launched her career in real estate in 1998.

Along the way, Beth picked up several other neglected properties and restored them to their original splendor, including homes in New Orleans before and after the ravages of Hurricane Katrina.

Beth is currently living in a home that overlooks a beautiful mountain vista. Enjoying it with her husband and three children, it’s not unusual to spot a deer or bear wandering off in the distance now and then. Perfectly situated in natural surroundings, the family likes to venture out and enjoy the unfolding seasons.

Chris Weaver
After years in the customer service industry, Chris moved his service skills to real estate in 2012. Chris prides himself on providing expert knowledge and personal service. Chris is has lived in various cities on the Eastside over the past 20 years and currently resides in Renton with his wife and 2 kids.
Adam Montgomery
Adam Montgomery is a lifelong resident of the greater Seattle area, and has lived and worked in several communities throughout King and Snohomish counties. Growing up in and around the home-building industry he developed a strong interest in the entire real estate process early on, and in 2010 decided to pursue that interest professionally as a Real Estate Broker. During that time he has seen both ends of the market: from an extreme buyer’s market, where homes could take months to sell, to the opposite, where homebuyers were doing everything they could to win a competitive bidding situation. This experience has allowed him to serve as a valuable resource to his clients, and offer sound advice to help them achieve their real estate goals. When not working, you’ll find Adam spending time with his wife and two kids. With everything that the Puget Sound region has to offer, they love to get out and seek new adventures whenever they can. Melissa Harris-Herrero
Melissa’s love of real estate began over a decade ago as a personal investor. Having spent most of her adult life in the Pacific Northwest – and having raised her family in several of the area’s beautiful neighborhoods from Maple Valley to Mercer Island to Issaquah – Melissa soon realized that she could channel her passion for finding the right home to help others. Her skills in navigating the market and in making the home buying and selling processes as smooth as possible has earned her the proud title of “Home Buying Therapist” from her satisfied clients.

Melissa has an exceptional ability to listen to and truly understand her clients’ needs. Their interests guide her as she facilitates all aspects of the buying and selling processes. On a deep level, she understands that buying and selling real estate can be an emotional investment, and she is committed to delivering to each of her clients compassionate, responsible, and first-class service.

When not working, Melissa enjoys unwinding in the kitchen preparing recipes from around the globe, relaxing with family and friends on our great local beaches and hiking trails, or taking in outdoor concerts. Her world travels have instilled a love of global cultures, and a fluency in Spanish. She is a member of the Junior League of Seattle and loves volunteering in the community and at her kids’ schools.
Kaylinn Conner
After growing up in the sunny Tri-Cities on the east side of the state, Kaylinn attended Central Washington University and graduated with a double major in Psychology and Theatre Arts, as well as a minor in Dance Performance. She then moved to Bellingham, WA where she was hired as the Director of First Impressions at a real estate office. After her wedding in 2017, Kaylinn moved to Issaquah to be with her husband. Kaylinn loves to dance, ride horses, hike, and spend time with family. While still adjusting to the rainfall in Western Washington, Kaylinn has found the best way to spend a rainy afternoon is curled up with a good book and a cup of tea.
